Patient 1

Patient came to Dr. Ciaravino with 840cc saline implants done by another surgeon. A Percutaneous Implant Deflation was performed to allow the skin to shrink. The deflated implants were removed and replaced with 400cc Mentor Silicone Implants. Additionally internal sutures were placed to provide internal support, and skin was excised from the bottom of the breasts.

Patient came to Dr. Ciaravino with 375cc saline implants done by another surgeon. A Percutaneous Implant Deflation was performed to allow the skin to shrink. The deflated implants were removed and replaced with 425cc Mentor Silicone Implants. Additionally internal sutures were placed to provide internal support.

Patient 3

Patient came to Dr. Ciaravino with saline implants filled to 350cc, done by another surgeon. A Percutaneous Implant Deflation was performed to allow the skin to shrink. The deflated implants were removed and replaced with 500cc Mentor Silicone Implants. Additionally internal sutures were placed to provide internal support.

Patient came to Dr. Ciaravino with saline implants filled to 540cc, done by another surgeon. A Percutaneous Implant Deflation was performed to allow the skin to shrink. The deflated implants were removed and replaced with 475cc Mentor Silicone Implants. Additionally internal sutures were placed to provide internal support.

Pre-Deflation, Post-Deflation, and 3 month follow-up. Had Saline 350cc bilat > Exchange to Silicone 465cc UHP bilat.
